Bored of your standard fare, hummus? Try this twist. Its a bit crunchy and a lot filling. All you gotta do is blend.
Blend the following ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans
1 tablespoon tehini paste
Juice of one lemon
pinch of himalayan salt (add more to taste)
handful of sunflower seeds
large handful of fresh organic cilantro
handful of poppy seeds
